Our Collection
The Jefferson Branch has a wide range of materials for all ages- children, teens, and adults. Our collection includes books, magazines, DVDs and videos, CDs, and large print materials. We have small collections of children’s materials in Spanish and Arabic. We can obtain materials from our other branches quickly (if they are not checked out), or from other libraries in our network.
Our Programs
From September to June, we have a weekly preschool story hour every Thursday from 10:00-11:00 am. This program consists of several stories, and either playtime or a simple craft. No registration is required for the Toddler Time program, which is best suited for ages 3 and up, along with a parent/caregiver. Special programs are announced on our calendar of events. We welcome your suggestions for programming that would interest you.
